What documents do you need for a particular insurance?

Claim reporting

Copy of vehicle registration
Copy of driving licence
Accident record – duly completed and signed by both parties involved in the accident

From the party at fault

Claim reporting (by telephone, filling in the online form, download form)
Copy of vehicle registration
Copy of driver’s driving licence at the time of the accident
Traffic accident record – signed by both parties involved in the accident, or confirmation from the police

From the injured party

Claim reporting (by telephone, filling in the online form, download form)
Copy of the vehicle registration (if the vehicle is leased, release of funds must also be documented)
Copy of the driver’s driving licence at the time of the accident (if the vehicle was parked, it is not necessary)
Request for benefit in the form of a budget (free form) with a bank account number, or an invoice from a repair shop with a power of attorney for reimbursement
Bank account for payment of benefit or power of attorney for payment to a repair shop
Copy of the accident record – signed by both parties involved in the accident, or a confirmation from the police
