Employment Agencies Bankruptcy Insurance

It is intended for employment agencies which mediate employment through the so-called secondment of their employees. The obligation to take out this insurance results from the Employment Act No. 435/2004 Coll.

The insurance is arranged for cases where the employment agency fails to secure the payment of wages to its temporarily assigned employees due to its bankruptcy.

The indemnity limit must be agreed at least equal to three times the average net monthly earnings of all seconded employees.
