Civil Life Liability Insurance
- The insurance covers the insured’s obligation to compensate for damage, as well as liability for damage to health or death caused by common activities in civil life (e.g., in the context of household management – Home Liability Insurance , liability during recreation or entertainment as a pedestrian or cyclist, or on horseback as an owner or keeper of pets)
- The insured’s spouse, partner, registered partner, children up to the age of 26 if they live in the same household are insured to the same extent as the insured
Liability insurance of the owner, holder, tenant or property manager
- The insurance applies to the insured’s obligation to compensate for damage or other damage to health or death caused by ownership, possession, lease or management of tangible immovable property, i.e., building and related land and ancillary structures located on the land or in the flat stated in the insurance agreement
- Natural persons entrusted by the insured with cleaning and maintaining pavements, staircases, corridors and areas belonging to the property stated in the insurance agreement are also insured to the same extent as the insured

Liability insurance is without deductibles.
Civil life liability insurance covers the territory of the Czech Republic and the territory of Europe during a temporary tourist stay.
